Refunds & Returns Policy

Please choose carefully. Due to the nature of our digital mentoring program The Step Up, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement only if we fail to provide the service as described. If the program is not delivered as promised or there is a major issue with access or content, we will work with you to resolve the issue or offer a refund where required by law.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

  1. Payment is automatically applied through Stripe monthly for three (3) months for The Step Up and The Step Up PLUS, and six (6) months for the ULTIMATE Step Up.
  2. The date of future payments will be one month from your first payment, and thereafter for the duration of the subscription.
  3. Upgrades are possible from The Step Up to PLUS or ULTIMATE, or from PLUS to ULTIMATE at any time, by request. Timing of sessions and payment plans to upgrade will be negotiated to fit best within the program.
  4. Downgrades are possible from PLUS or ULTIMATE before commencement of the program.
  5. Financial hardship or special circumstances may be accommodated by request, and solutions may be available such as alternative payment plan. This program has a No Cancellation Policy as detailed in the Refunds & Returns Policy.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. When you subscribe to The Step Up mentoring program, we collect your name and email address for the sole purpose of delivering program content, updates, and related communications.

We use MailerLite to manage our email communications. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to MailerLite for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

Your data is stored securely and will never be sold or shared with third parties. You can unsubscribe or request the deletion of your data at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us at thestepup@catherineneal.com.
